            Quora is a question and answer site where questions are asked, answered, edited and organized by its community of users and works to find information on a topic. when I open the site Quora, there is an intriguing question with the topic of health. the question is “ What is the best thing you ever did for your heart health?
And I also want to answer the question. This is my answer :
Keeping Heart Health with a Healthy Lifestyle.
            Keeping heart health is a very important thing. Before knowing how to maintain a healthy heart, we must first know anything factors someone affected by heart disease. That is :
           1.      Because smoking
           2.      Hypertension
           3.      Excessive stress ( emotional stress )
           4.      Lack of sports

How to Maintain Heart Health with Changing Life Patterns :

            When we do a healthy lifestyle with regular certainly the risk of heart attack will be smaller. Here are some healthy lifestyle should be done to maintain a healthy heart :
           1.      sleep regularly
           2.      exercise regularly
           3.      relaxation routine

How to Keeping Heart Health with Attention to Food Consumed :

           1.      Drinking mineral water to taste
           2.      Reduce consumption of salt
           3.      Reduce consumption of fatty foods
           4.      Avoid fast food
           5.      Avoid fizzy drinks
           6.      Drink green tea without sugar
           7.      eat healthy food
